To participate in The Sound auditions, users must be between 16 to 35 years of age and residents of Nigeria. Parental or guardian consent is required for individuals under 18.
3. Registration & Participation
All audition entries must be submitted via our official online form.
Videos must be original and not infringe on any copyright.
Submitting an audition does not guarantee selection.
By uploading your audition, you grant us the right to feature your video and name on our platforms.
4. Use of AI & Data
The Sound uses AI technology to assess submissions fairly and accurately. By participating, you consent to the use of AI-based systems in the audition and selection process.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Submit false or misleading information
Upload harmful or inappropriate content
Interfere with the platform or its security features

All content on this site, including logos, videos, images, and text, are the property of The Sound and its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission.
7. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms or act in a way that is unethical, harmful, or unlawful.

The Sound is not liable for any damages or loss resulting from your use of the platform or participation in the show.
